Sports Stickers USA (“Sports Stickers USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit sportsstickersusa.com (the “Site”), create an account, request a quote, upload artwork, place an order, use live chat, contact us, receive marketing, or otherwise interact with us online or offline.

By using the Site or providing personal information, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • Contact and identity information: name, business or organization, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone or mobile number, and account username.
  • Order and commercial information: products and services requested or purchased, quote and proof details, size, quantity, material, customization instructions, transaction history, pickup or delivery information, returns, support history, and marketing preferences.
  • Payment information: payment method, billing status, and transaction identifiers. Payment card and bank information is generally collected and processed directly by payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our own systems.
  • Customer content: artwork, photographs, logos, designs, text, names, measurements, files, comments, and other content you provide for a quote, proof, custom product, review, or support request.
  • Communications: emails, contact-form submissions, telephone or text communications, live-chat transcripts, proof approvals, customer-service messages, and records of your consent or opt-out requests.
  • Marketing and messaging data: email or mobile number, subscription source and time, consent records, campaign interactions, delivery status, and unsubscribe or SMS opt-out status.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookie identifiers, shopping-cart activity, and Site interaction data.
  • Account and security information: encrypted or hashed credentials, account settings, authentication events, fraud indicators, and information used to protect the Site and transactions.
  • Information you choose to provide: any other information submitted in a message, form, file, survey, review, or conversation with us.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in artwork, uploaded files, live chat, or general messages.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you browse, create an account, submit a form or file, request a quote, approve a proof, place an order, communicate with us, or join a marketing program;
  • automatically through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies when you use the Site;
  • from payment processors, shipping carriers, commerce platforms, customer-service tools, email or SMS providers, analytics providers, advertising services, and other vendors that support our operations;
  • from a company, school, team, organization, family member, or other person placing or coordinating an order on your behalf; and
  • from public sources or partners where permitted by law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
  • create and manage accounts, carts, preferences, and customer records;
  • prepare quotes, designs, mockups, proofs, samples, and custom products;
  • process payments, orders, production, pickup, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and reorders;
  • communicate about inquiries, quotes, proofs, orders, accounts, security, customer service, and policy changes;
  • provide live-chat assistance and transfer a conversation to a service team member when requested;
  • send email or SMS marketing when permitted and manage consent, preferences, suppression lists, and opt-outs;
  • personalize Site content, measure advertising and campaign performance, and show relevant promotions;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, payment disputes, and unlawful conduct;
  • enforce our agreements and protect customers, Sports Stickers USA, and others;
  • comply with tax, accounting, recordkeeping, legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations; and
  • carry out another purpose that we disclose when information is collected or that you authorize.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used to keep the Site and cart working, remember preferences, maintain account sessions, prevent fraud, understand Site traffic, measure performance, support live chat, and provide or measure advertising.

Some cookies are necessary for Site functions. Others support analytics, personalization, or advertising. Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect account, cart, checkout, personalization, or other Site features. Advertising and analytics providers may offer their own opt-out controls. Where required by applicable law, we will provide or honor additional consent and opt-out choices.

Our Site may use third-party content or services that collect information under their own privacy policies. These may include payment, shipping, mapping, video, social media, analytics, advertising, spam-prevention, and customer-service services.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Service providers and contractors that provide website hosting, e-commerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, order management, design or production support, file storage, shipping, email, SMS delivery, live chat, customer support, analytics, advertising, security, accounting, or professional services.

  • Shipping carriers and delivery providers to fulfill and track orders.
  • Advertising and analytics providers to measure Site or campaign activity and provide advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.

We require service providers to use personal information only for authorized services and to protect it appropriately. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some cookie-based advertising activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands; where such laws apply, you may have the choices described below.

6. Mobile Numbers and SMS Consent Data

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for that third party’s marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide the minimum mobile information needed to service providers that act on our behalf solely to operate and support Sports Stickers USA messaging, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and customer-service vendors. Those providers are not authorized to use the information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. Email Marketing

We may send marketing emails about products, services, promotions, and news when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting orders@sportsstickersusa.com. We may retain your email address on a suppression list so we can honor the request. Marketing opt-out does not stop transactional or service messages such as quote, proof, order, delivery, security, or support communications.

8. SMS/MMS Marketing

If you expressly opt in, Sports Stickers USA may send recurring promotional or personalized marketing SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide, including offers, product news, and cart or purchase reminders where permitted. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Frequency may depend on your interactions, preferences, orders, and available promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s rates and terms govern your mobile service.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by clearly communicating your request through another reasonable method. For help, reply HELP, email orders@sportsstickersusa.com. We may send one non-promotional message confirming an opt-out. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Your Privacy Choices

  • Account: You may review or update certain account information through your account or by contacting us.
  • Email marketing: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us.
  • SMS marketing: Use one of the opt-out methods described above.
  • Cookies: Adjust browser settings and any privacy controls we make available on the Site.
  • Customer content: Contact us about files or information you previously submitted, subject to order, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.

10. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, confirmation of, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; obtain a portable copy; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a privacy request, email orders@sportsstickersusa.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or write to the address below. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will use verification information only to process the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.

Nevada consumers may request to review or request changes to covered information collected through the Site and may submit a verified request to opt out of a covered sale under Nevada law, if applicable, using the contact methods above. We do not knowingly sell covered information for monetary consideration as “sale” is defined under Nevada law.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform industry standard. Where required, we will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals. You may also use browser and provider controls to limit cookies and interest-based advertising.

11. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to fulfill and support orders, maintain production and proof records, process reorders, preserve consent and opt-out records, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax, accounting, legal, and contractual obligations.

Retention periods vary by information type, sensitivity, business need, and legal requirement. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before ordinary deletion cycles are complete.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your account credentials, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as required.

14. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party sites and services. Their privacy policies govern their collection and use of information. Review those policies before providing personal information to a third party. Sports Stickers USA is not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy and change the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies.
